about

This album is entitled, "SuperDeformed Unit 01"

Facts about this album and some of my story:
-SuperDeformed Unit 01 could be considered my second solo album release.
-Giving my friends this experimental music seemed like a nice idea at the time.
-In those days, I lived in the cities South Gate, Glendale, Eagle Rock, and Long Beach California while traveling around with a pet rat named Pearl.
-This music was created when I thought working for Disney Interactive's QA department would be a nice career. This influence will become more obvious in future album releases.
-I performed the guitar parts using a Fender Jaguar (reissue).
-Guitar was recorded with a M-Audio Delta 44 interface connected to a PC (WinXP) interface that some friends helped me build.
-Sound Forge was my waveform editing program and I used it to customize loops, make corrections, and invent new sounds.
-I used a program called Acid as my sequencer and performed lots of tedious editing and wave form manipulation to create new sounds.
-I wasn't interested in "snapping to the grid" at the time.
-Each song has it's own image. (Look close!) Click on the song title to see it.
-The art work consists of various images from 2002 on top of a picture of the actual CD's that I gave to friends. Pear is in three of the five pictures.
-Creating SuperDeformed Unit 01 showed me what I was working with and how I could approach future albums.

Look forward to my third subscriber-exclusive release, "Sleeper Unit 02"!

about

Tetrahedroseph Long Beach, California

Currently sounds like tripped-out cumbia, reggae, and worldmusic. Featuring steel drums, #TheBrokenYellowGuitar, and the Weird Double Barrel Bass Pans.

Lots of songs with a steel drum twist and juicy bass.

Lots of music created with an iPhone5s or iPhone7 and GarageBand.

Good music for any background.
