I was into alternate guitar tunings when I recorded this. I have the tunning written down somewhere in my notes. Lost in my notes, somewhere lost, where I might find it later. Anyway, I used a heavy gaged "Jazz" set of strings on a Stratocaster with extra tension springs. I think the tuning was E,A,A,D,B,B. it was really easy to do minor seconds with this guitar. I liked dissonance. I still like dissonant harmony.

Songs with "WIP" and a number in the name come from a larger collection of recordings that just didn't seem cohesive enough to include on an album. Maybe later... "WIP" stands for "work in progress". My mom says I'm cool.
