ABOUT THIS TRACK:

A song of advice to us all. It came to me at a time when I was educating myself on topics related to mental health. This song is heavily inspired by a book. (Frog doesn't realize it is boiling still, but feels something weird.)

This song was created in response to critiques that claimed my songs were lacking in melody. So, I told myself to create an unavoidable melody. Make it obvious and that made it fun. Thanks for the critique, Max!

We've got to take control and practice our mindfulness.
